Valwell metal seated ball valves are designed for harsh working conditions, such as high working temperature or media contains hard particles. Each ball and seat subassembly are matched by hand and put through a rigorous testing procedure to ensure its integrity. For leakage test, we follow ANSI FCI 70-2 Class V standards.
Metal seated ball valve is available in full or reduced bore, floating or trunnion mounted type, and various configurations. Size from 1/2 inch to 24 inches, and in wide variety of end connections.
- The self-clean system removes adhesive media whenever the valve is cycled and prevents residue from building up on the ball surface.
- Special coatings and treatment of the seats help protect against erosion and corrosion.
